The Averwyn Order consists of a fairly large village of elf druids hidden within Valara's massive forest. Its people are all nature-loving, and they are proud of their storied past, which has been preserved through the ages due to their lack of contact with the outside world.

 

Their homes are primarily round clay huts. They are small by most standards, which is fine for the druids, as they spend most of their time outside in nature, only going inside to sleep or to hide out from severe weather. Dirt paths lead to various parts of the village, and there are stone shrines all over the village and within the forest surrounding it, dedicated to Alastirona and to their great leaders of the past.

Although most of the village are elven, they welcome all who wish to join them in their reverence for Alastriona. A welcoming community, they are only secretive in that very few even know they exist. Communication with the outside world is fairly rare, as they simply have no need for it, being a self-sufficient village who can get everything they need from the earth itself, or through trading with the nearby Raoist monastery.
